The Marriott Residence Inn's tower boasts an excellent location along Sheikh Zayed Road, offering convenient access to key attractions. The price is entirely justified, considering the quality of amenities provided. The accommodations resemble ordinary apartments, creating a comfortable and homely atmosphere. The reception staff, particularly Yasir and Prakash, excel in providing exceptional service. Yasir's diligent work ethic is evident as he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed and at ease. Prakash also demonstrates genuine care for guests' needs. Furthermore, Tareq, the operator, promptly addresses guest requests, ensuring immediate action is taken. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a apartment with the desired view, highlighting their commitment to enhancing guest satisfaction. While the cleaning and elevator system could use improvement, it's possible that renovations are underway, as indicated during checkout. Overall, I anticipate a flawless experience once renovations are complete.

Very very good value for the money. I was upgraded in a beautiful suite. The suite is very clean and has everything you need, very well decorated also ! The gym is absolutely beautiful with a very nice view and is open 24-7 , the room service food is very good and very nice portions :) the breakfast is perfect you’ll find absolutely everything you want , there is a lot of choice and the breakfast area is very nice, I think they relocated it into a bigger and newest space and it shows :) The staff is also very helpful , you are not even 10 minuts away from the dubai mall and 5mn away walking to the metro station.

The location is very central to major attractions and the Metro. The staff are extremely helpful and respectful of your wishes. The cleaning staff must work so hard as nothing is ever out of place! I know it's a little thing, but all the staff always greet you and are happy to assist in any way. The breakfast is exemplary and catered for both adults and children. This was our second time staying at the hotel and I can foresee us returning again when we spend a few nights in Dubai!

Excellent location- next to the metro station, only 2 metro stops from the Convention Centre and only one stop from Dubai Mall or Museum of the Future. I arrived very late at night, but that was not a problem at all, the receptionist was very welcoming and he even gave me an upgrade of my appartement- it was so incredibly spacious, and spotless clean. Bed was divine, and living room really comfy. Fluent check-out.
